Can I return a product?

Customized journals are made to order. This makes these items not eligible for return. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
Is shipping free?

Shipping is currently included in your purchase. However, we currently do not ship outside the United States. Please contact us if you are interested in shipping outside of the US.
How long does it take to receive my journal?

Your journal will be printed on the next business day. Expect your order to be fulfilled to delivery in 5-7 business days. You will receive email communication to keep you informed of the process.
